What services do you offer?

We provide psychotherapy, assessment, and consultation services for children, teens, adults, and families. This includes therapy for a wide range of concerns, comprehensive assessments (such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, psychoeducational, developmental, and mental health evaluations), and consultation services to support parents, caregivers, and professional

What happens in the first therapy session?

The initial psychotherapy appointment (90 minutes) is focused on understanding your concerns, background, and goals. This allows us to create a clear treatment plan together. Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes and provide ongoing support to work toward your goals.

What does the assessment process involve?

Assessments begin with a 90-minute intake session to gather history and goals. Thereafter the process may include interviews, standardized testing, questionnaires, and collaboration with teachers, parents, or other professionals. You’ll receive a feedback session and a written report with results, diagnostic considerations (if applicable), and tailored recommendations.

Our services follow the fee rate recommended by the Psychological Association of Saskatchewan, currently $235 per hour.

What is the cost of services?

Are services covered by insurance?

Many health insurance plans cover psychotherapy and, in some cases, assessment services. We provide detailed receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider, but we do not offer direct billing at this time. Since coverage varies, we recommend checking with your insurance provider. If needed, we can provide a cost estimate for assessments to support your claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer and credit cards.

How do I get started?

You can contact us directly to schedule an appointment. We’ll discuss your needs and help you book an initial session—whether for psychotherapy, assessment, or consultation.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. All services provided by our registered psychologist are confidential, with the exception of legal or ethical requirements to share information (for example, concerns about safety). We will review confidentiality with you at your first appointment.
